BOO AT THE ZOO | OCTOBER 23 & 24 FROM 10 A.M. – 4 P.M. + OCTOBER 30 & 31 FROM 10 A.M. – 6 P.M.
Are you ready for the spookiest season? Join the Edmonton Valley Zoo and the animals for one of our favourite family-friendly events of the year – Boo at the Zoo is back!
Presented by Co-op, our Boo at the Zoo Halloween event this year will be October 23 & 24 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and October 30 & 31 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Are you ready to celebrate Conservation, Costumes and Candy with us?Come to the River Valley dressed up in your Halloween costume to celebrate with us and to learn about some of your favourite animals. And, oh yes – get some treats! While you’re watching the animals get their Halloween pumpkin enrichments, there will be nine treat stops for our human friends! Trick or treat as you explore the zoo. There will be six tents set up around the zoo and three additional treat stops at 40 Acres restaurant, the Zoo-tique, and Sandwich and Sons cafe.
Halloween is also a spooky season, so don’t forget to walk through the extinct animal graveyard. Here you will have the chance to see some of the animals that our world has lost throughout the years while learning a little about what they were like and what led to their extinction.
And we have one last little treat for you! On the weekend of Oct. 30 & 31, there will be a submarine photo-opp with Telus World of Science to help promote their new exhibit – James Cameron’s Challenging the Deep.
Come enjoy Boo at the Zoo! Timed tickets are available online only at movelearnplay.edmonton.ca. You will need to select the date of the event in the calendar search bar. We will not be accepting walk-up admissions – you must book tickets in advance. Please bring reusable treat bags for all of your goodies!
